Hi, I’m Amanda. I am a graduate student intern in CMHC at the University of Central Florida. I value helping clients through their thoughts, feelings, and emotions while also supporting them through life transitions, relationship hurdles, and identity exploration. I believe it’s important to recognize the range of emotions we experience and not frame emotions as “bad” or getting rid of them but instead recognize them as a normal part of life even if unwanted at times. I emphasize the use of holistic wellbeing and meeting you where you are in your healing journey to establish a genuine rapport, understand your perceptions of the world, and curate individualized therapy. Our first few sessions will be about gathering information and building our foundation together so we can begin navigating challenges and help you evolve toward your goals.
