the neurobiology of trauma, mindfulness, stages of change, self compassion work, and anger
management. I have a masters in Mental Health Counseling, a Bachelors in Psychology, and a
Certificate in Gender Studies.
I specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, sex addiction, and LGBTQ+ related concerns.
My approaches include EMDR, Narrative, Mindfulness-Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
I am a LGBTQ+, Poly, SW, and Kink friendly therapist!
