Hello, I’m Caylee-Mae and I look forward to joining you on your journey of growth. As we move through life, we all endure unique experiences that shape who we are and how we see the world. It can be a journey of emotion, ranging from joy and excitement to sorrow and grief. 

Does life feel like a series of problems? At times, we may feel exhausted, disempowered, stuck, and unfulfilled by the sense that we are constrained and consumed by challenges like depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, chronic illness, life transitions, work stress, and uncertainty about our life's purpose. 

I am a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. I graduated with my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida. I have received Gottman Level 1 Couples Counseling training, as well as training for Trauma Informed therapy.

As an Army veteran, I'm dedicated to providing vital mental health services. I'm passionate about fostering strong therapeutic connections with clients, guiding them on their path to growth and recovery.
