I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory to help people navigate life’s challenges. As a faith-based therapist, I am dedicated to fostering holistic health and advocating for mental wellness. I’m certified in pre-marital counseling and Gottman Level 1 trained. Helping couples build strong, lasting relationships is something I’m really passionate about. Together, we’ll work towards living more fully and authentically.
